These terms and conditions govern your use of our services at Pub Casino.co.uk, and by registering an account with us you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by them. We are operated by L&L Europe Ltd, a company established in Malta under company number C53706, with our registered office at Northfields App 7, Vjal Indipendenza, Mosta MST9026, Malta. Pub Casino operates under the L&L Europe brand alongside our sister brands, and we take a single customer view across the group for regulatory and responsible gambling purposes.

Our Licensing and Regulation

We hold a licence issued by the Malta Gaming Authority under number MGA/B2C/211/2011, and we also hold a remote gambling licence from the UK Gambling Commission under number 38758 for customers resident in Great Britain (also referenced as 35758). Our terms are governed by the laws of England, with the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, while bets placed with us are valid under the laws of Malta and/or the United Kingdom. Eligibility to Use Pub Casino

PayPal and Trustly withdrawals typically take up to 24 hours, Visa and Mastercard debit cards take 1–3 business days, and bank transfer takes 3–5 business days. Paysafecard and Apple Pay cannot be used for withdrawals.

We require verification documents whenever a single transaction reaches £700 (€1,000) or your total transactions reach £1,400 (€2,000), and we may request further checks for high-risk methods, multiple methods, third-party methods, or source-of-funds and anti-money-laundering reviews. Pooled progressive jackpot wins above £50,000 may take up to 30 working days to process, depending on the financial institutions involved. Free-spin winnings for players who have never deposited carry a minimum withdrawal of £40 and a maximum of £100, with any balance above that removed.

We always play cash funds first, and any active bonus must be cancelled before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
